  • Live Online Group Classes

    2 Live 1 hour Restorative Yoga Group Classes per month on Zoom. Recordings of the live streams will be uploaded within 48 hours of each class.

    Acces to our continuously growing video library. 2 New Videos will be added every month. Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Breath work, Meditation and instructional videos (10 to 45 minutes).

  • Yoga Nidra

    1 Live Online Yoga Nidra session per month. Audio only. Recording of the live class will be uploaded to your library within 48 hours of the class.

    Every now and then Yoga Vayu posts Free videos on You Tube. Membership owners receive early access to all videos.

Restore & Relax

what can you expect

This membership has 1 main goal. We focus on helping you relax. In our world today there are always so many things you can be doing, it's getting harder for most of us to do nothing. Let alone to fully relax and let go of the idea you need to do things.

We will practice Restorative Yoga in our Live Streams every other Tuesday. In these streams I will give you the tools to find deep relaxation by using props (pillows, blankets) to support your body. This support makes it easier for your body to let go of stress. Once the body does that, the rest will follow.

Once a month we will practice Yoga Nidra where the body sleeps in stillness as the mind goes on a journey. These live group classes will be online and audio only.

In the weeks without live streaming classes you will receive video or audio materials. Nidra, Breath work, Meditation and instructional content to help you find the relaxation we all need.

What do you need?

let's talk props

In Restorative Yoga we use props to make each pose as comfortable as possible. In the studio we would use a Yoga mat, bolsters, Yoga blocks and blankets. 

Practicing from home you might not have these props readily available. No  need to worry! We can use props that you do have at home!

You will need:

  • 1 Yoga Mat (to keep the props from sliding)
  • 3 pillows
  • 3 blankets
  • 1 big towel
  • Eye cover (a shawl or guest towel works too!)
  • something to cover up with (comforter or 4th blanket)
  • a chair (or your couch)
  • the wall

If you have Yoga props you will need:

  • 1 Yoga mat
  • 3 to 4 (Yoga) blankets
  • Yoga belt
  • 2 to 3 Yoga blocks

Biddy Messchaert

I am so excited to welcome you here. My main goal - every time I teach - is to help you find what you need on the Yoga Mat. Whether that's challenging yourself to do more, or challenge yourself to do less. I am here for you and will help you step of the mat feeling good. Not just about what you just did, but about yourself! I am a certified teacher in Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Rainbow Kids Yoga. I live in Delft, the Netherlands and when I started teaching Yoga I realized that that was what I want to do more than anything. I love it! I am also a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA essential oils, so feel free to ask me any oil related questions as well! I look forward to getting to know you better!
